How long does shipping take?

At The Gilded Edit, we strive to offer a seamless and transparent shipping experience. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 weeks via trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS. While most parcels arrive within 3 weeks, delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance, carrier delays, and other external factors beyond our control.

If your schedule requires a rigid delivery timeframe, we kindly recommend holding off on placing your order. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking details are generally shared within 7 business days of order confirmation. In certain instances, your package may arrive before tracking is updated by the manufacturer. If you haven’t received tracking after 14 business days from your order date, please reach out to our team—we’ll be happy to assist you.

Where do your products ship from?

All orders are fulfilled through our carefully selected manufacturing partners in Asia. This global partnership allows us to offer a curated selection of refined pieces at accessible prices, without compromising on craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined at random by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. While such fees are rare and typically modest (averaging around $25 USD), we cannot predict or reimburse these costs.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Sales at The Gilded Edit are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. Please be sure to review our entire returns/exchanges policy here.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, you must email us at contact@gildededitcollection.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and original packaging. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement once the damaged item is returned unused and in original condition.

Can I return footwear or clothing if it doesn’t fit?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for footwear or clothing under any circumstances. All apparel and shoe sales are final.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued for approved damage claims. Reimbursements will be made to your original payment method—Shopify credit card, PayPal, or Zelle—and cannot be switched once processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our primary payment method is through Shopify Payments, which securely supports major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for added convenience.

Prefer PayPal? You may send a direct payment by contacting us at contact@gildededitcollection.com with your full name, shipping address, PayPal-associated email, and the items you wish to purchase (including name, color, size, and quantity). After submitting payment, kindly share a screenshot of your confirmation along with your name and email via Telegram. Once verified, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment and send you a confirmation email.

What’s included in your quoted prices?

All quoted prices include complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx depending on the country, as well as packaging and any applicable taxes.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices are thoughtfully set to reflect exceptional quality at the most accessible rate possible. As such, all pricing is firm and non-negotiable. We only offer discounts during sitewide promotions. Each piece is priced with intention—to bring you luxury without the traditional markup.

Will I need to pay duties or import taxes?

International customers (including those in the UK, Canada, and other regions outside the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These are assessed by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. While uncommon, such charges typically average around $25 USD but may vary. We are unable to predict or reimburse any customs-related fees. For U.S.-based customers, please note import policies are subject to change with current changes in tariffs.

I’ve completed my payment—what happens next?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order is submitted to our production team. Tracking information is typically provided within 7 business days of order confirmation. Please note that in some cases, your item may arrive before tracking details become available, depending on the factory’s update schedule.

If you have questions about tracking, we kindly ask that you wait 14 business days from the date of your order confirmation before reaching out. Our team will be happy to assist you at that time.

What does my item come with?

Presentation matters to us. Most small and medium-sized items are typically shipped with both a dust bag and box, while larger items—such as totes—will arrive in a dust bag securely wrapped. We always aim to provide beautiful packaging; however, due to carrier handling, customs processes, and the safety of your items we do not guarantee inclusion of any certain packaging. We appreciate your understanding beforehand that packaging is beyond our control.

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Each product listing includes specific sizing details and measurements to help you make an informed decision. We recommend reviewing these carefully and comparing them to your personal measurements or a similar item you own.
